With the skill and expertise of craftsman from The Carpet Workroom, every rug is cut by hand and fabricated right here in New England! 

Do you have a timeline for your project?

This is yet another important question since currently, we are at a 4-6 week lead time if the style selected is in-stock at the mill. If you’re looking to get a job completed sooner than our 4-6 week lead time, it’s possible that we won’t be able to accommodate that type of timeline. The more flexibility you have, the better chance we can accomplish your project!

Do you have a Budget For Your Project?

To make our job easier, we need to understand how much you’re willing to spend on your project. Since we carry thousands of different styles in our showrooms, we have options for every budget!

Take measurements and photos of your space.

This is a very important step because it because it helps us get a sense of the space. Some customers even draw a diagram for us! With this, we can send over an accurate quote to get this project started.

Need a sample? We're more than happy to send a complimentary cutting directly to you. These cuttings come from the Mill and will arrive in 7-10 business days. Just provide a photo or a link to the material you are interested in with your mailing address and we'll get it right out to you!
